This place has pretty large space and lots of stuffs. I didn’t get anything from here since most of them appeared just okay. The clothes looked a bit old-fashioned. Glassware seemed nice. Bowls from ikea had scratches but prices were pretty great if you don’t mind that.

Big thrift store with lots of stuff that’s sometimes on a good price. It’s bit of a treasure hunt. Sometimes stuff can be more expensive than chain store deals, but sometimes things can be super good steal prices too. Need to spend time here to find good steals! Yes, prices are increasing throughout the store, but that’s the crazy inflation… hopefully the Salvation Army do their best to keep prices low as everyone is hurting during these times.

Fairly good selection and way better prices than vv, but they seem to be very slow at check out. There is only one staff working and they are processing returns and doing price checks for one customer with a huge bucket of stuff, while four, five, six people waiting to go with only one or two things to pay for. They only get a second cashier to come if the line gets long. Kind if makes me feel salty when I'm waiting in line watching all the other staff working on the shelves who dont seem to care. Today was the second time here that it took me longer to pay than to do my shopping. If I had the correct change I would have just left it on the counter and walked out

I am a full figured gal and I have noticed that these major thrift/second hand stores are charging more money for plus size clothing items than they charge for a petite sizes. It's very disheartening to see this obvious pricing discrimination happening to people who don't have many alternatives for taking their shopping elsewhere. It's one hanger for each item and they pack their racks like sardine cans whether your plus or petite!! I am really upset that this form of prejudice is allowed in our world today! What do you think about this? 🤔

Usually like going here because of the good prices but had an unpleasant experience this time. I understand that working here may be stressful at times but the older filipino lady in the checkout was showing such attitude and impatience even though I’ve been polite and friendly throughout the whole interaction. She also told me that the price for one of my items was wrong and ripped off the sticker and gave me a more expensive price for it. I’ve been donating my clothes here for years now and it’s such a disappointment and might even consider other places instead.

It is a big store with lots of well organized products. I always manage to find at least 1 or 2 treasures when I go, and if you sign up to their newsletter they let you know when all the sales are! They are following covid protocols well; have to wear a mask, changerooms closed etc.

I was buying a pair of shoes priced at $12.99, and the cashier (older lady) told me that the price is wrong and that it should be $17.99? She then had one of her coworkers remove the $12.99 tag and replace it with a $17.99 tag. How is that fair?
